Jonathan Bynum
Lead Pastor
 
Jonathan is a preacher's kid who did everything he could not to be a preacher. He graduated from Texas A&M with an engineering degree but soon realized God had other plans. So here he is loving teaching, preaching, and leading this great congregation that he has served since June 2005. He is blessed by a wonderful family: his wife, Lea, and their four children.
 
  
 
Doug Wintermute
Associate Pastor
 
Doug is in the process of becoming an ordained elder, after a career in journalism and public relations (another preacher avoidance guy). He joined the staff in June 2008 and instantly was at home. He loves to fish and is a NASCAR fan. He is married to Pam and they have two daughters.
 
 
 
 
Aaron McFatridge
Minister to Families with Youth
 
He's a youth guy. Doesn't that say enough? He brings years of experience ministering to young people in a variety of setting and has a genuine passion for discipleship and missions. In his spare time, he is a basketball referee, husband to Amy and father to two boys.
 
 
 
 
Jennifer Lambie
Minister to Families with Children
 
Jennifer is a trained educator and runs an excellent program for children. She wants every child to be loved and cared for as if they were her own two boys. She and her husband, Brandon, are active in ministry in every walk of their lives.  
 
 
 
 
 
Mark Crim 
Director of Music Ministries
 
Mark keeps the entire music program in "tune," serving Greggton since August 1999. He directs the Chancel Choir and Voices in Bronze handbell group; he also oversees the Traditional service alongside the pastors.  Wife, Kaki, assists him by leading our children's musical program.  They are a great pair!  Mark and Kaki have a daughter, Katie. 
 
 
 
Cathy Cole
Pianist 
 

Cathy Cole has a Bachelor of Music Education degree and a Master of Music Education - she tears up the piano for our Traditional service and Chancel Choir!  Cathy is originally from Farmerville, Louisiana, and she now resides in Longview with her husband Jeff and their two sons, Austin and Matthew. Cathy enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.

 
 
Vicki Conway
Organist
 
Vicki is well-trained with a double major in piano and organ performance and Master of Music degree in piano performance. She began her program called Developmental Fitness in 1988, teaching the study of movement and learning.  She keeps busy with all this, and still finds time to share her talents with us on Sunday mornings!  She and husband Bret have three children. 
   
 
 
Sonya Cline
Business Administrator
 

Sonya is CPA with a heart for ministry. She grew up in Jefferson but left it for the city lights of Longview. She is the one who makes everything add up at Greggton. She and her husband, Barry, are partners in business and in life, along with their sons.

Lea Bynum
Kid's Station Manager
 
Greggton United Methodist Church took an innovative approach to ministry by purchasing Kid's Station, a place for kids to play, have birthday parties, eat pizza, and share time together as families. The business helps us fund our ministries for children and youth. Lea approaches her job as manager as a ministry to customers and employees alike. Kid's Station is family building for everyone involved. Visit us there - "it's a good time, rain or shine" - kidsstationlongview.com. As for her own family, she is a fantastic mother and wife - just ask Jonathan (at the top of the page).
 
 
  
Teresa Voight
Morning Director of First Impressions
 
The welcoming voice you hear when you call the office is Teresa's. She works hard to keep the staff on task, the calendar up to date, the printed materials on time, and everyone who comes in the door smiling. Now that's a tall order! And she gets it done. She and her husband Jeff are parents of four.
 
 
 
 
Pam Wintermute
Afternoon Director of First Impressions
 
If you visit us in the afternoons - by phone or in person - Pam is the one who will greet you and probably take care of everything you need. She's the organized one who keeps things moving along. She and Doug (yes, the at the top of the page) are a blessing to the church family in all their ministry efforts.
 
 
Rick Schriner
Property Manager
 
Rick is our fix-it, find-it, turn-it-on/turn-it-off, handyman, who tries to keep all our facilities running smoothly. If we forget he's here, he's doing his job of hospitality by allowing us to provide a place for people to gather and connect.
 
 
 
 
 
Teresa Shaw
Custodian
 
We have the queen of clean on staff. Teresa does a fantastic job making our facilities a hospitable place. While cleaning is often an overlooked ministry, we are thankful for her servant's heart.
